Your order will be shipped within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Each garment is made to order, and this production time ensures the highest quality and attention to detail.

Delivery depends on your selected shipping method.

Orders are shipped from one of our atelier in Lviv, Ukraine or warehouse in USA or EU, depending on availability.

For customers in UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, KSA, Oman, Bahrain:

Due to the ongoing military conflict in the region, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date unless your order is placed at least 4 weeks in advance and you inform us of your required date.

Please note that customized pieces are non-returnable, even if they arrive later than your intended date.
